The large home inspection package is designed for homes with up to five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It encompasses the General Home Inspection, Wind Mitigation, and 4-Point Inspection.
Mid-Size Home

An mid-size home, classified as one with two or two and a half bathrooms and up to three bedrooms, undergoes a comprehensive inspection. This includes the General Home Inspection, a Wind Mitigation Inspection, and a 4-Point inspection.
Mold

The mold inspection involves three air samples (one outside and two inside), a physical inspection, and a lab report from EMSL labs. Using visual, infrared camera, and moisture meter tools, the inspector examines suspected rooms. The final report, identifying molds in the air samples, is expected within 48 hours.
